CATT Training Program

Our 2-week (65h) training is designed to get you operational quickly.

What is the difference between open and specific categories?

The open category allows flying drones under 25kg in direct line of sight without prior authorization. The specific category requires authorization for more complex operations (beyond visual line of sight, transporting goods, etc.). Our training prepares you for both categories.

How much does the CATT exam cost?

The CATT theoretical exam costs €150 and must be taken with the DGAC. The practical exam costs around €200. These fees are not included in the training price, but we assist you with all registration procedures.

What equipment is provided during the training?

We provide all necessary equipment: DJI Mavic and Phantom drones, remote controls, tablets, and safety gear. You just need to bring your motivation! After the training, we can advise you on purchasing your own equipment.

Is the training recognized by the DGAC?

Yes, our training is declared with the DGAC and follows the official curriculum. Groupe BJV is a Qualiopi certified training organization, guaranteeing the quality of our programs. Your training certificate will be recognized for obtaining the CATT.
